Our experienced hospitality staff and our dedicated equipment can provide for your special day and for whatever number of guests.

Our equipment includes our impressive smoker-truck, which is always a crowd favourite. We also have an equally awe-inspiring 24ft smoker trailer. These are also supported by one of our versatile chiller trucks.

Our catering is buffet-style and we provide all staff and cutlery. You can choose a catering menu or can tailor a menu. We can provide for vegetarians and gluten-free guests also.
