We have 2 independent, private properties only a 2-minute walk away from each other. These can be booked separately or together, allowing flexible accommodation options for families and friends.

Te Koha’s main house is cleverly designed for all seasons with multiple living spaces to relax both inside and out. Enjoy the atmosphere of the cathedral ceiling in our spacious living area or entertain with friends on the deck with stunning views of the golden beaches. Te Koha main house caters for groups of 8 people in 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

'The Retreat' is a modern, private villa which caters for 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with a separate bath and shower. This is perfect for a honeymoon, or elopement.

Further up the garden path, there is another spectacular viewing deck perfect for an evening drink at dusk, or to view the night sky. This viewing deck looks right out over the bay, golden beaches and out to the Cavalli Islands. This would be a perfect place to hold a small wedding ceremony.
