The garden contains an eclectic mix of trees including magnolias, oaks, elms, sequoia, paulownia, birch and palms and interesting collections of bamboo, rhododendrons and hostas. Garden art is a feature and it includes lions, urns, plinths and archways. Two striking larger pieces are an Italian bronze fountain and a gazebo imported from India.
