The Vino Van

Fitted with a wine and beer fridge at one end and a push-out bar with two keg taps at the other, The Vino Van is available for hire for any celebration or event. We are based in Blenheim and will service Marlborough, Nelson, Kaikoura and the Sounds.

The Vino Van is our beautifully restored 1962 Roadmaster caravan that is suitable for a wide range of mobile bar services and a variety of event types including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, Christmas parties and product launches. He can even be used in a photoshoot. The options are endless.

Every Vino Van outing is different. We work with you to ensure your event is tailored to your specific needs.

• We are not just a mobile bar service, we will ensure that your event runs smoothly, empties are removed, tables are cleared and your guests are well looked after.
• You need only to provide the alcohol and glassware – no corkage, no inflated bar prices and you get to keep what’s left over.
• We can serve champagne, wine, bottled beer, keg beer or cider, cocktails – pretty much any liquid beverage you require to ensure your event is exactly what you want it to be
• We supply ice, fruit infused water and non-alcoholic punch as part of your package.
• Fitted with a large built in glass front chiller for beverage storage and display
• Two kegs taps enable two different beers, cider or cocktails to be delivered
• Bar Staff – one, two or three staff can be supplied dependent on the size of your event
• Provision of fruit infused water and/or non-alcoholic punch
• The Vino Van can be decorated to compliment the theme of your event
• Wine Barrels can be supplied
• Ice will be included in your package

The Vino Van – Caravan Bar Package

We have a variety of options available for you to have The Vino Van – Caravan Bar at your wedding or event. Below we have outlined our standard package which represents competitive pricing and the best mobile bar value (including keg set-up) in the Top of the South.

Please note, that our packages are based on BYO service – beverages provided by the hirer.

For up to 100 guests you will get:

• The Vino Van – Caravan Bar
• Up to two friendly bar staff
• Drink Dispenser filled with fruit-infused water
• Drink Dispenser filled with non-alcoholic punch
• Ice
• Stylish lighting for inside and around the caravan
• Blackboard signage
• Delivery, set up and pack down

Package One: Four hours of service $,1200

Package Two: Six hours of service $1,600

Package Three Eight hours of service $2,000

Additional hours after that will cost $150 per hour. If you have a guest list of over 100 people we can provide a personalised quote to meet your specific needs.

Please note we like to give ourselves at least an hour and a half for basic set-up before your event kicking off. A longer set-up time may be required depending on the venue and your requests. The set-up time does not cut into the service time stipulated in your package and comes at no extra cost.
