Getting married – it’s one of the biggest decisions you will ever make in your life.
So let me help you make it super special and unique. I enjoy seeing the smiling and ”in love” faces of all brides and grooms on their special day.
I am in the business of helping people find employment as a job and I am married to a delightful man. We have 4 adult children and adorable grandchildren. I love the arts. I love theatre. I hold very high community values and family values and am a bubbly and social person!
And most of all - I love weddings!
I am a member of the Celebrants' Association of New Zealand (CANZ)

"Marisa, thank you so much for the caring and professional way you helped us enjoy our day. You listened to what we wanted and reminded us of the steps we had forgotten to include. Nothing was a problem and even though we were a little slow at getting the necessary paperwork back to you, you never made us feel anything other than special. Thank you again for making our day memorable.......I hope others read this and consider Marisa to be their Celebrant." - Anne-Marie Luxton
"I have found Marisa to be a very warm and caring person. In her natural enthusiasm for life, she is able to draw people to herself and hold their attention. She is also able to balance this with having an astute awareness of being able to wisely read people and situations she is entering. She fulfilled this role with poise and grace." - Julia
"Recently at her son’s wedding, Marisa made a well-orchestrated, heartfelt speech. She spoke clearly and confidently, was well planned and thoughtful. I believe that with Marisa’s years of involvement in both the Catholic and then the Pentecostal church, and her personal experience in marriage and relationships, coupled with her genuinely caring nature, would make her a great Marriage Celebrant who would develop a rapport with people from a wide range of backgrounds and beliefs." - Penny
