What makes Fuchsia so different is the ability to use fresh and hand crafted flowers to create individual unique arrangement and events.

Weddings, conferences, balls, funerals, to special one off creations for that special anniversary or birthday, I embrace the challenge and love my work. Fascinators and hair pieces for both formal occasion is another one of my interests.

I have always had an affinity for flowers and for colour. Fuchsia and my flowers is become something that I have developed by experimenting with various media. I truly believe that if you want to create a memorable occasion then you have to put creativity and effort into each event. ‘Make it special, make it magic.’ The old Kiwi adage about number eight wire evolved to the extent that my toolkit began to contain unusual tools for a florist. You would be surprised how useful regular items purchased from the hardware store can be!

I aim to provide affordable linen with a difference. My linen offers unique options that have not been available in NZ before. Have a glance at the gallery and see how effective the lace, taffeta, ruffles and organza can be!
