We invite you to stay in our warm and sunny colonial villa situated on Bluff Hill. Enjoy our spacious bedrooms with king size beds, the shady verandah, quiet sunroom and lounge and our half-acre garden. And don’t forget our delicious breakfasts. Relax and enjoy yourself in one of three double rooms, each with its own ensuite. King or twin single beds are available for your comfort. Each room has comfortable lounge seating, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary confectionaries.

Unwind with a walk around our half-acre garden or take in the view from our guest lounge or upstairs sunroom. Complete the day with a magazine and coffee on our shady verandah. Napier City is just a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from our place. Prior to indulging your taste buds at one of the many excellent local restaurants we invite you to join us each evening on the verandah or in the lounge for complimentary tastings of local wines and produce. In the morning you can choose your delicious breakfast from the menu of local foods and homemade delights.
