I am an internationally trained chef with over 20 years experience, having worked in 5 star and Michellin Starred establishments in London.
My cuisine is modern and affordable and has been inspired by my world wide travels in my quest to satisfy my taste buds.
I am an organic chef and when ever possible I grow and use produce from my own spray free garden. I also use and source seasonal local organic produce from the Island. Freshness, quality and flavour are of the utmost importance to me.
I cater anything from romantic dinners a deux through to weddings, so whether you are renting holiday accommodation, celebrating something special or just feel like a break from cooking, choose to indulge yourselves with the luxury of the services of a personal chef.
