My role as your wedding celebrant is to deliver an authentic ceremony that is warm, memorable and legally correct. Your privacy and trust are of utmost importance to me, and I’m dedicated to ensuring your ceremony is both heartfelt and legally sound. Thanks to CANZ I’m fully insured, providing you peace of mind and ensuring a smooth ceremony at any venue.

I’m a (vCANZ) Registered Marriage Celebrant. The (v) bit means I’m legally permitted to do Registry Ceremonies i.e. short simple legal weddings.

I’m here to help you create the wedding of your dreams. It’s my job to help you be at your happiest, smiling, relaxed and enjoying the moment together. My goal is to have your guests be surprised and enthralled by a wedding they feel part of.

Some background. I was born in Galway, Ireland and lived in Spain and London before settling in New Zealand. Transitioning from Corporate IT, I became a Marriage Celebrant at my daughter’s request and later a Funeral Celebrant.

Public speaking has been integral to my career, including conference sessions, Master-of-Ceremonies and stand-up comedy. I did (Stand-Up) Poetry with the Christchurch Poetry Collective and won the first Christchurch Poetry Slam.
