Being a small, intimate resort we excel at holding smaller events and we would love to have the honour of hosting your wedding. Most popular are ceremonies at the beach, which is 800m away from the resort, however, we can also hold ceremonies on our deck or as a bad weather option in our restaurant with the bi-folding doors open or closed.

Celebrate in the private Puka Room adjunct to the bar, lounge and deck and enjoy the gathering of your family and friends over a sumptuous, elegant dinner.

Our 48 luxurious chalets can accommodate your guests in comfort and style, with a balance of modern convenience and the relaxed atmosphere of a mountain lodge. Guests can relax by the pool, in front of the fireplace in the lounge or on the sun soaked deck enjoying the bird songs from the bush.

Pauanui is famous for its beach – 3 km of golden sand and swirling surf, just a few minutes' walk from the resort. There is a myriad of activities on offer in Pauanui and throughout the Coromandel – Pauanui has an 18-hole international golf course, tennis courts and 12kms of walkways.
