Glenys Lindsay Celebrant

Ceremonies are a special part of our lives and each one touches our lives in very different ways.

I genuinely care and am very passionate about every ceremony I design and perform. It’s important for me to get to know the people I’m working with because it means their personalities shine through the ceremonies.

Weddings are one of life’s most momentous and exquisite occasions. As a highly experienced Auckland wedding celebrant, my aim is to make your wedding ceremony on your special day perfect.

Ceremonies are a special part of our lives. Ceremonies touch each one of us in unique ways depending on the occasion and relationship to that person. No two celebrant ceremonies should ever be the same as each is specific and personal by nature. Together, through consultation, we will ensure every detail of your ceremony meets all of your expectations

Same Sex Marriages

I embrace Same Sex Couples ....It was back on 5th September 2013 I performed my first gay wedding ceremony after the New Zealand Government ratified same-sex marriages. As a result, I have been so lucky to have met a huge number of women and men from New Zealand and overseas and have been so honoured to be their celebrant. I feel so privileged and blessed to have met every one of my beautiful same-sex couples and perform their gay wedding ceremonies.

*“Hi Glenys, I am writing to you to express my warm thanks and gratitude for such a wonderful celebration for my son David and Anne this past Sunday. It was a speech to remember, all our friends attending were impressed. One of David’s friends said that he wished his daughter will have such a ceremony when the time comes for her to get married. Initially, my mum and I were disappointed that David did not want a church wedding, but now we believe that your celebration was just fantastic, with lots of heartfelt emotions, and words of wisdom. Thank you from all my heart and all the best wishes to you. May God bless you and give you the energy to unite and make happy lots more other couples.” - Cristina Iftimie (Mother of the Groom)
